Congress Street is a quiet street, and the house is a only 1 minute walk to the beach. Town center is
just a 5 minute walk. Congress Hall Hotel and Uncle Bills Pancake House are 1 block away.

Park your car in the driveway and walk or ride your bike to beaches, the promenade, restaurants, and more!

This newly renovated and remodeled home has central air, gas heat, cable TV, picnic area and is beautifully decorated and furnished with all the amenities you need for a fabulous vacation in Cape May.

The beach house boasts an ultra-modern kitchen, fully-equipped with retro-bar stools and bar/eating area, new microwave, new dishwasher, new stove, large refrigerator, blender and all the amenities for cooking and dining.
The kitchen is sparkling clean with an open layout to make your vacation perfect!

The spacious living/dining room has a cathedral ceiling, ceiling fan, TV and stereo. There are sliding glass doors from the living room to the comfortable deck area. You can eat either inside with the ceiling fans and air conditioning or outside on the deck and relax with the ocean breeze! The controls for the heating and central air are located in this room.

There are 4 comfortable and airy bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Queen bed and TV
Bedroom 2 – Full bed and TV/DVD/VCR
Bedroom 3 – Full bed
Bedroom 4 – Bunk Beds and TV

The deck is has plenty of seating, with a picnic table and a swing underneath for relaxing. Also, under the deck is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Behind the deck is an outdoor grill and large yard for the kids to run around. This is an ideal place to set up a small pool or play a game of ball.

The private driveway accommodates 2 cars.
There is a bike rack underneath the deck stairs.

You are within walking or biking distance to many of Cape May's attractions: Historic Tours, horse and carriage rides, trolley rides, bike rentals, miniature golf, and movies. Enjoy the shopping and dining on the Washington Street Mall or the boardwalk. You can ride to the lighthouse, the acclaimed Cape May County Zoo, Historical Cold Spring Village, deep sea fishing, whale watching, dinner cruises... see the sunset at Sunset Beach, visit the Bird Observatory and lots more.
